Designed for

Who it's for

For final-year students, recent graduates, and early career professionals serious about building a real network. We're not looking for résumé-builders. We want people willing to show up, engage thoughtfully, and follow through.

What you do

Week by week

01

Onboarding

Weeks 1–2

Meet your cohort, learn the programme structure, and set expectations. Mentors introduce themselves and share what they're looking for in professional relationships.

02

Foundations

Weeks 3–4

Learn practical skills: asking good questions, listening actively, thoughtful follow-up. Mentors share their journeys. Clarify what you want to explore.

03

Introductions

Weeks 5–6

Intentional introductions between peers and mentors matched on background and goals. Small groups, one-on-ones, and Q&As begin.

04

Deepening

Weeks 7–8

Follow-up conversations with peers and mentors deepen into real relationships. Cohort accountability keeps momentum. Sessions cover navigating conversations and asking for help.

05

Opportunity & Wrap

Weeks 9–10

Lock in relationships built. Plan next steps and discuss how to maintain connections after the programme. Final session celebrates outcomes and looks ahead.

What you leave with

Outcomes that matter

Genuine professional relationships

Not contacts — people who know you, remember you, and are open to continuing the conversation beyond the programme.

Mentor access and introductions

Direct conversations with credible professionals who are present and engaged. And introductions to others in their networks.

Career clarity and direction

A clearer sense of where you want to go, shaped by real conversations rather than guesswork or online research.

Practical networking skills

How to show up professionally, how to follow up thoughtfully, and how to continue building and maintaining professional relationships beyond Crosspoint.

Schedule

Time commitment

Two to three hours per week: the weekly session plus follow-up activities. Sessions are at the same time each week. Attendance is expected — missed sessions affect the whole cohort. Commit fully before applying.

Selection

Cohort size & selection

We keep cohorts at 10–15 people — the right size for real relationships and accountability. We review applications on goals, background, field, and cohort fit. Not looking for the highest achievers, but people ready to show up genuinely. Decisions within two weeks of close date.

Cost

Pricing

Pricing to be announced before the first cohort. Scholarship places available for those facing financial barriers. Full details during application.

Impact

How we measure whether it works

Not about business cards collected. We measure: Did you show up consistently? Make meaningful introductions? Follow through? We collect feedback through surveys and alumni conversations to track outcomes and lasting relationships beyond the 10 weeks.
