Share your experience. Shape someone's career.
You have something valuable to share. Crosspoint is how you do it — not through one-off coffee chats, but through a structured, values-driven community where real mentorship happens.
The opportunity
Mentoring isn't about charity. It's about impact — and the privilege of helping shape someone's career at a moment when it matters most. The cohort model means you're working with a small group of people over 10 weeks, so you can have real conversations, see people grow, and know you made a genuine difference. You'll have genuine professional conversations with people who are serious about their careers. You'll be part of a community of other mentors and organisations who believe in this approach. And you'll build deeper relationships than traditional networking allows.
Mentor benefits
- Curated introductions to high-potential emerging talent Meet people carefully selected for complementary backgrounds and genuine commitment.
- A structured environment Not ad-hoc coffee chats — a clear programme with built-in sessions and follow-up framework.
- Contribute to a values-driven community Join other mentors and organisations who believe in structured, intentional relationship-building.
- Build your leadership profile Be recognised as someone who invests in emerging talent and shapes the next generation.
- Small time commitment with meaningful impact 3–5 hours over 10 weeks to shape someone's career trajectory.
What mentors do
Mentoring with Crosspoint is straightforward. You'll:
-
Join selected cohort sessions
Typically 2–3 sessions across the 10 weeks. You'll join structured conversations, share your perspective, and engage with cohort members.
-
Participate in curated one-on-one conversations
We'll facilitate introductions between you and participants who'd benefit from your perspective. These are usually 20–30 minute conversations.
-
Make yourself available for follow-up meetings
If a participant wants to continue the conversation after their curated intro, you can decide to meet again. This is optional and depends on fit.
-
Uphold the code of conduct
Commit to confidentiality, respect, and the shared values that make the cohort work. Read it in advance — it's short.
Time expectations
Mentoring with Crosspoint is a small time commitment: 3–5 hours total across the 10-week cohort. This includes 2–3 cohort sessions (roughly 1 hour each) and curated one-on-one conversations (20–30 mins each). Scheduling is flexible around your calendar. We'll work with you on timing. This isn't a coaching commitment. It's not about deep psychological work or solving people's problems. It's about sharing your perspective, making introductions where relevant, and being genuinely present. That's it.
Who we look for
Credible
You have genuine professional experience in your field. People should want to listen to what you have to say — not because you're famous, but because you've done real work and have perspective to share.
Values-aligned
You believe in the power of structured, intentional relationship-building. You're not just lending your name. You're genuinely interested in helping shape someone's career.
Present
You're willing to show up and engage. Not just for the resume line, but because you actually care about the outcome. Authenticity matters — people can feel when you're genuinely interested.
