Cohort-based networking intensive · Sydney, Australia

A structured networking intensive that turns introductions into career-lasting relationships.

Most early career networking is random, transactional, and low follow-through. Crosspoint is different — small cohorts, credible mentors, and a 10-week structure designed to produce relationships that last.

The problem with networking

Introductions are easy. Relationships are hard.

Early career networking is typically random — a room full of strangers, a stack of business cards, and no structure to build on. It's transactional by default, intimidating for those who aren't natural networkers, and almost always low follow-through. Most people walk away with a LinkedIn connection they'll never speak to again. The problem isn't meeting people. It's that there's no system to take it further.

The Crosspoint solution

A structured intensive, not a one-off event.

Crosspoint is a 10-week networking intensive built around repeated touchpoints. You join a small cohort, meet curated professionals across structured sessions, and follow a progression designed to deepen each introduction into a real professional relationship. The cohort model means you're accountable to the same people across the whole programme — which changes how people show up, and what comes out the other side.

How it works

Three steps. Ten weeks. One cohort.

01
Apply & Onboard

You apply, we review your goals and fit, and if selected you join a small cohort of 10 to 15 people with complementary backgrounds. Onboarding sets expectations, introduces the cohort, and gives you everything you need before week one begins.

02
Structured Sessions & Introductions

Each week follows a clear format — mentor-led conversations, curated peer introductions, and short structured exercises designed to produce real depth. You'll meet the same people repeatedly across different contexts, which is how genuine relationships form.

03
Relationship System & Follow-Through

The final phase focuses on locking in what was built — follow-up meetings, mutual accountability, and clarity on how to continue the relationships you've formed. You leave with a clear plan, not just a list of contacts.

What participants typically experience

Built for the long term, not just the programme.

The Crosspoint structure is designed to produce outcomes that extend well beyond the 10 weeks. Participants typically leave with a small set of genuine professional relationships, clearer career direction, and a network they know how to use. These are typical outcomes — not guarantees — and depend on the effort each participant brings.

Genuine relationships

Not contacts — people who know you, remember you, and are open to continuing the conversation.

Mentor access

Direct conversations with credible professionals who are present, engaged, and generous with their time.

Career clarity

A clearer sense of where you want to go, shaped by real conversations rather than guesswork.

A network that works

Practical skills to continue building and maintaining professional relationships beyond the cohort.

What we stand for

Three principles that shape everything we do.

Welcoming

Crosspoint is designed to be accessible to people who aren't natural networkers — the structure does the heavy lifting so you don't have to perform confidence you don't feel.

Structured

Every session, every introduction, and every follow-up has a reason. Structure creates depth in a way that unstructured events rarely do.

High quality

We keep cohorts small and selection deliberate, because quality of connection matters more than volume of contacts.

Mentors

Credible professionals who are genuinely present.

Crosspoint mentors are experienced professionals who join cohort sessions, take part in curated introductions, and make themselves available for real conversations. They're not keynote speakers — they're people who show up and engage. We look for mentors who are values-aligned, present, and generous with their time and network.

Common questions

Frequently asked

Crosspoint is designed for university students in their penultimate or final year, recent graduates, and early career professionals typically within their first three years of working. It suits people who are serious about building a career, curious about their field, and willing to invest time in a structured programme.

We review each application on a combination of factors — goals, background, field of interest, and fit within the cohort. We're not looking for the highest-achieving candidates; we're looking for people who are ready to show up and engage genuinely. Selection decisions are communicated within two weeks of the application close date.

Expect to commit roughly two to three hours per week across the 10-week programme. This includes the weekly session plus short follow-up activities between sessions. Attendance at sessions is expected — missed sessions affect the cohort, not just you, so we ask for a genuine commitment before you apply.

Pricing will be announced ahead of our first cohort. Scholarship places may be available for participants who would otherwise face financial barriers to joining. We'll share full pricing details during the application process.

Mentors join selected cohort sessions, take part in curated one-on-one or small group conversations, and are available for follow-up meetings with cohort members after the programme. They're not asked to coach or solve problems — their role is to share perspective, open relevant doors, and engage genuinely with participants.

Yes. Application details are only seen by the Crosspoint team and are handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Information shared within cohort sessions is also held confidentially — all participants agree to a shared code of conduct before joining.
