Third-party tools
We use Netlify Forms to collect form submissions. Your form data is processed by Netlify in accordance with their privacy practices. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website. Analytics data is anonymised and helps us improve the user experience. Neither service receives sensitive personal information beyond what's necessary for form processing and website analytics.
Data storage
We aim to store data on Australian-based servers where possible. Your information is stored securely and only accessed by authorised Crosspoint team members. We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above, typically for the duration of the programme and reasonable period afterward.
