How Crosspoint works — and what sets it apart.
Crosspoint isn't a one-off event. It's a 10-week intensive built on small cohorts, repeated touchpoints, and a structure designed to turn introductions into real professional relationships.
What Crosspoint is
-
Structured
Every session, introduction, and follow-up has a clear purpose. Structure creates depth.
-
Relationship-focused
The goal isn't to meet everyone. It's to deepen genuine professional relationships over time.
-
Cohort-based
You're in a small group of 10–15 people. That accountability and depth matters.
-
Repeated touchpoints
You see the same people across different contexts. Repetition builds trust and understanding.
-
Outcomes-oriented
Every element is designed to produce specific outcomes: relationships, clarity, mentor access, and practical skills.
What Crosspoint is not
-
Not a conference
No keynotes, no passive listening, no fishing for business cards in a crowd.
-
Not a mentorship matching app
We don't automate connections. Introductions are curated and intentional.
-
Not a one-night event
One night doesn't build real relationships. We need 10 weeks of structure and accountability.
-
Not transactional
This isn't about what you can get. It's about what you can build together.
Why 10 to 15 matters
Small cohorts create accountability. When you're one of 500 people in a conference, you can disappear. When you're one of 12, you're known. You're expected. That changes how you show up — and what you get out of it. A cohort large enough to be diverse but small enough to be real. Large enough that you'll meet people you wouldn't have met otherwise. Small enough that repeated interactions actually deepen trust. This is where real relationships form.
10-week programme timeline
Onboarding
Weeks 1–2
We bring the cohort together, establish shared expectations, and introduce the code of conduct. You'll meet your fellow participants and understand the structure ahead. This phase sets the tone for genuine engagement.
Foundations
Weeks 3–4
You'll develop practical skills in how to show up professionally, ask good questions, and follow up thoughtfully. Mentors guide conversations around career clarity and what you're looking for in professional relationships.
Introductions
Weeks 5–6
Curated introductions begin — intentional connections based on goals, backgrounds, and complementary interests. Sessions introduce peers and mentors in a structured, low-pressure way. You're building your network, not performing.
Deepening
Weeks 7–8
Follow-up conversations with peers and mentors happen. Real relationships start to form. You move from introductions to actual professional depth. Cohort accountability keeps momentum going.
Opportunity & Wrap
Weeks 9–10
The final phase focuses on locking in relationships and planning next steps. You'll have a clear picture of the professional relationships you've built and how to continue them. Final cohort session celebrates what was created together.
Confidentiality & code of conduct
All Crosspoint participants commit to a shared code of conduct before joining. This covers respect, confidentiality, and genuine engagement. What's shared in the cohort stays in the cohort — this creates the safety and trust that real relationships need. We expect participants to show up on time, engage thoughtfully, and commit to follow-through. These standards aren't about rules for rules' sake. They're about creating an environment where people can be genuinely themselves and build real connections.
