Become a mentor

Share your experience. Shape someone's career.

You have something valuable to share. Crosspoint is how you do it — not through one-off coffee chats, but through a structured, values-driven community where real mentorship happens.

Why mentor

The opportunity

It's about impact — shaping careers at a critical moment. Working with a small cohort over 10 weeks means real conversations, seeing people grow, and knowing you made a difference. You'll be part of a community of mentors and organisations committed to structured, intentional relationship-building.

Mentor benefits

  • Curated introductions to high-potential emerging talent Meet people carefully selected for complementary backgrounds and genuine commitment.
  • A structured environment Not ad-hoc coffee chats — a clear programme with built-in sessions and follow-up framework.
  • Contribute to a values-driven community Join other mentors and organisations who believe in structured, intentional relationship-building.
  • Build your leadership profile Be recognised as someone who invests in emerging talent and shapes the next generation.
  • Small time commitment with meaningful impact 3–5 hours over 10 weeks to shape someone's career trajectory.
What you'll do

What mentors do

Here's what you'll do:

  • Join selected cohort sessions

2–3 sessions across 10 weeks. Join structured conversations and share your perspective with cohort members.

  • Participate in curated one-on-one conversations

Facilitated introductions with participants who'd benefit from your perspective. Usually 20–30 minute conversations.

  • Make yourself available for follow-up meetings

Optional follow-up meetings if both parties want to continue. Entirely up to you.

  • Uphold the code of conduct

Commit to confidentiality and respect. Review the code of conduct in advance.

Commitment

Time expectations

Small commitment: 3–5 hours total across 10 weeks (2–3 sessions of roughly 1 hour each, plus 20–30 min conversations). Flexible scheduling. This isn't coaching or deep psychological work — just sharing perspective and being present.
