Participation requirements
By applying to or participating in the Crosspoint programme, you agree to:
- Attend all scheduled sessions in a timely manner
- Engage genuinely and respectfully with cohort members and mentors
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct and all shared community standards
- Maintain confidentiality of information shared within the cohort
- Complete any preparation activities or assignments as requested
- Follow through on introductions and maintain relationships built during the programme
- Not use the programme for commercial advantage or competitive purposes
Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. The programme is designed for university students in their penultimate or final year, recent graduates, and early career professionals within their first three years of working. Crosspoint reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet these criteria or that indicate a lack of genuine interest or commitment.
Intellectual property
Materials created or provided as part of the Crosspoint programme (including session notes, frameworks, and resources) are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use programme materials for commercial purposes without written permission from Crosspoint. Any intellectual property you create during the programme remains yours, but you grant Crosspoint the right to reference your participation and outcomes (with your consent) for promotional or case study purposes.
Disclaimers
While the Crosspoint programme is designed to produce meaningful professional relationships and career clarity, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Success depends on your commitment, engagement, and effort. Crosspoint does not guarantee job placements, promotions, or specific career outcomes as a result of participation. Mentors are sharing their perspective and experience in good faith, but any advice or guidance is not professional consultation and should not be treated as such.
Refund policy
Refund policy details will be finalised ahead of the first cohort launch. We will be transparent about refund eligibility, including any situations where refunds may be offered (e.g., if you're not selected for the cohort, or if extraordinary circumstances prevent you from participating). Specific details will be provided during the application process.
Changes to terms
Crosspoint reserves the right to modify these terms and any programme details at any time. Material changes will be communicated to participants in advance where possible. Your continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to the Crosspoint programme will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Crosspoint and its team members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the programme or your use of the website. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction is termination of participation.
