How Crosspoint works — and what sets it apart.
Crosspoint isn't a one-off event. It's a 10-week intensive built on small cohorts, repeated touchpoints, and a structure designed to turn introductions into real professional relationships.
What Crosspoint is
-
Structured
Every session, introduction, and follow-up has a clear purpose. Structure creates depth.
-
Relationship-focused
The goal isn't to meet everyone. It's to deepen genuine professional relationships over time.
-
Cohort-based
You're in a small group of 10–15 people. That accountability and depth matters.
-
Repeated touchpoints
You see the same people across different contexts. Repetition builds trust and understanding.
-
Outcomes-oriented
Every element is designed to produce specific outcomes: relationships, clarity, mentor access, and practical skills.
What Crosspoint is not
-
Not a conference
No keynotes, no passive listening, no fishing for business cards in a crowd.
-
Not a mentorship matching app
We don't automate connections. Introductions are curated and intentional.
-
Not a one-night event
One night doesn't build real relationships. We need 10 weeks of structure and accountability.
-
Not transactional
This isn't about what you can get. It's about what you can build together.
Why 10 to 15 matters
Small cohorts create accountability and real connection. In a 500-person conference you can disappear. In a 12-person cohort you're known and expected. That changes how you show up. Diverse enough to learn from different perspectives, small enough that repeated interactions deepen genuine trust.
10-week programme timeline
Onboarding
Weeks 1–2
Meet your cohort, establish shared expectations, and review the code of conduct. Sets the foundation for genuine engagement.
Foundations
Weeks 3–4
Learn practical networking skills: showing up professionally, asking good questions, thoughtful follow-up. Mentors guide career clarity conversations.
Introductions
Weeks 5–6
Curated introductions based on goals and interests. Structured, low-pressure sessions with peers and mentors. Building, not performing.
Deepening
Weeks 7–8
Follow-up conversations deepen relationships. Move from introductions to real professional connection. Cohort accountability sustains momentum.
Opportunity & Wrap
Weeks 9–10
Lock in relationships and plan next steps. Final cohort session celebrates what you've built together and how to sustain it.
Confidentiality & code of conduct
All participants commit to a code of conduct covering respect, confidentiality, and genuine engagement. What's shared in the cohort stays there — this creates the trust that real relationships need. We expect on-time attendance, thoughtful engagement, and follow-through.
A structured networking intensive for people who are serious about their careers.
