Why we built this
Early career professionals want real mentorship and peer relationships, but most networking is either transactional (collect business cards) or impersonal (automated matching apps). Neither produces lasting connections.
We built Crosspoint to bridge that gap. Structured 10-week cohorts with mentors and peers create accountability and depth that one-off events can't match. Real professional relationships form through repeated intentional interaction, not random chance.
